There’s something undeniably charming about daisies—their simplicity, elegance, and cheerful presence make them a joy to work with in cardmaking. Today, I’m featuring the gorgeous new Yana’s Daisies collection from Spellbinders, which includes stunning press plates and coordinating stencils. One of my favorite things about these press plates is their versatility: they can be used for both BetterPress letterpress and Glimmer hot foiling techniques, allowing for endless creative possibilities. In this post, I’ll show how I incorporated both methods to create elegant, dimensional greeting cards that truly let the daisies shine.
A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of crafting these cards live, experimenting with different techniques and sharing my creative process in real time. If you missed the session or want a refresher, the replay is available right below! I hope it inspires you to explore these techniques and bring your own floral designs to life.
