Cozy Woodland Christmas Card Idea with Altenew featuring the Snowy Footprints 3D Embossing Folder

Happy Sunday, crafty friends! When this card went live on the Altenew YouTube channel and blog, the Snowy Footprints 3D embossing folder was sold out. But I'm happy to report that it is back in stock, so grab it while you can!

While I’m technically allowed to upload these videos to my own YouTube channel, it feels a little silly to have the same video living in two places. So while I’m sharing the video from the Altenew channel, I would truly appreciate it if you shop through my links when you’re adding any of these products to your craft room. Easy step-by-step instructions:

  • Cut & fold A2 white card base.
  • Emboss Dew Drops cardstock panel with the Snowy Footprints 3D embossing folder.
  • Mount to the card front with foam tape.
  • Diecut the Forest Friends silhouette dies from Moonstone glitter cardstock and shades of brown.
  • Trim all the trees apart from the Moonstone cut.
  • Arrange and adhere the diecut pieces as shown.
  • Stamp the sentiment in Obsidian to white cardstock.
  • Diecut with two extra white layers, and one Shimmering Pool layer.
  • Stack & glue together, with the glitter layer as a drop shadow.
  • Mount the sentiment to the front with foam tape.
  • Accent with clear iridescent sequins to finish.
