23 & Crafty: Spellbinder's Birthday Blog Hop + PRIZES

We are celebrating Spellbinder's 23rd birthday today with an inspiring blog hop and a few prizes too! You will find all the details below, including a complete hop list.

I decided to create a couple more cards featuring the "Aloha Greetings" June Clubs, and I just LOVE how they turned out!

Kits Featured:

Aloha Greetings card set:

  • Cut & fold (2) white A2 card base.
  • Cover one with dark pink cardstock.
  • Emboss a 4" x 5.25" panel of yellow cardstock with the pineapple embossing folder.
  • Mount to the other card base with foam tape.
  • Ink blend the stencils to white cardstock in aquas, pinks and yellow centers.
  • Trim slightly smaller, then mount to the pink card base with foam tape.
  • Diecut all the pieces from the large die of the month, then assemble.
  • Diecut the pieces from the clear stamp & die of the month, then heat emboss the words to the signs.
  • Assemble the signs as shown with a glitter shadow layer, then adhere to the stick.
  • Arrange all the elements to each card front as shown.
  • Stamp the sentiments in black, then diecut with two extra white layers and one extra ivory glitter layer.
  • Stack & glue together, using the ivory glitter layer as an off-set shadow.
  • Mount the sentiments to the card fronts with thin foam strips.
  • Accent with Spectrum AB gems to finish.

More June Clubs Inspiration - Live with Lea Luau

Kits Featured:

Aloha Greetings card set:

  • Cut & fold (2) white A2 card base.
  • Cover one with light aqua cardstock.
  • Emboss a 4" x 5.25" panel of pink cardstock with the 3D embossing folder.
  • Mount to the other card base with foam tape.
  • Create a shaker window with the background from the small die, then adhere over top of shaker mix to the aqua card base.
  • Diecut the pieces from the small die of the month, then assemble.
  • Diecut the pieces from the exclusive all clubs crate dies, then assemble.
  • Arrange all the elements to each card front as shown.
  • Stamp the sentiment in black, then diecut.
  • Mount the sentiments to the card fronts with thin foam strips.
  • Accent with gems & sequins to finish.
