Farm to Craft with Spellbinders: 7 April Club Cards

The April Spellbinders clubs are all about bringing that fresh, Farm to Craft charm to your cardmaking! I’ve created a full set of cards inspired by homegrown goodness — from bright produce to market‑style details that feel cheerful, cozy, and full of personality. ✨🍓 These kits are packed with playful elements and so many ways to craft cards that feel warm, thoughtful, and delightfully handmade.

April club subscriptions close on the 27th, so now’s the moment to join if these farm‑fresh designs are calling your name. ⭐️🌽

Kits Featured:

You're the Reason Good Grows card:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base.
  • Foil the Seed packet press plate & sentiments in polished brass to white cardstock.
  • Foil the leftover with a solid hot foil plate, then trim slightly smaller than A2.
  • Diecut the sentiments with the coordinating die.
  • Diecut the pieces from the small die of the month, then assemble.
  • Mount the foiled panel to the front with foam adhesive.
  • Adhere the border pieces to the top & bottom of the card.
  • Arrange & adhere the diecut pieces to the card front as shown.
  • Mount the sentiment with thin foam strips.
  • Accent with Spectrum AB gems to finish.

Kits Featured:

A Tote Full of Thanks card:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base.
  • Emboss ivory glitter cardstock with the 3D embossing folder, then adhere to the card front.
  • Diecut all the pieces from the large die of the month, then assemble.
  • Arrange the pieces to the card front as shown.
  • Stamp the sentiment in black, then diecut.
  • Mount to the card front with thin foam strips.
  • Accent with Aura AB gems to finish.

Kits Featured:

Thanks a Bushel card:

  • Cut & fold A2 card base from white cardstock.
  • Emboss Coral cardstock with the embossing folder.
  • Trim slightly smaller than A2, then mount to a card base with foam tape.
  • Foil the sentiment strip in opaque black to white cardstockl, then diecut.
  • Diecut all the pieces from the stitching die of the month, then stitch with DMC floss.
  • Diecut the ovals & oval frame from Seaside, Matte Gold and Ivory glitter cardstock.
  • Diecut the ivory glitter oval with the deckled border die from the Stitching club.
  • Arrange the diecut pieces to the card front as shown, popping some elements with foam tape.
  • Mount the secondary sentiment to the card front with thin foam strips to finish.

Kits Featured:

Sow Glad You Were Born card:

  • Cut & fold A2 card base from white cardstock, then cover with red cardstock.
  • Foil the seed packet press plate & the sentiments to white cardstock in polished brass foil.
  • Trim slightly smaller than A2, then mount to a card base with foam tape.
  • Diecut the sentiments with the coordinating die, including one extra from pink glitter cardstock.
  • Diecut multiple strawberry pieces from the Crate exclusive die, then assemble.
  • Arrange the strawberries to the card front as shown.
  • Mount the sentiment to the card front with thin foam strips as shown.
  • Accent with Pink Frosting Doo Dadz, Pink seuqins and Pink self-adhesive jewels to finish.

Kits Featured:

Happy Birthday card:

  • Cut & fold A2 card base from white cardstock then cover with Blue Spruce cardstock.
  • Ink blend A2 white cardstock panel with the stencils in light pink, aqua, teal and red inks.
  • Prep with anti static powder, then gently daub embossing ink into the strawberry details.
  • Gently remove the stencil, then cover in white embossing powder & heat set.
  • Trim slightly smaller than A2, then mount to a card base with foam tape.
  • Foil the sentiment in opaque black to white cardstock, then foil the leftover with a solid hot foil plate.
  • Trim into a thin strip, then mount to the card front as shown.
  • Accent the flower centers with gems from the Gold Rush Doo Dadz to finish.

Kits Featured:

Fresh-packed Birthday Cheer card:

  • Cut & fold A2 card base from white cardstock, then cover with red cardstock..
  • Stamp a strawberry & lemon background to an A2 white cardstock panel.
  • Trim slightly smaller than A2, then mount to a card base with foam tape.
  • Diecut the tote three times: once from ivory glitter and twice from white cardstock.
  • Glue the pieces together, slightly off-center with one layer of white to create a shadow effect.
  • Adhere the tote to the lower left corner of the card.
  • Stamp the sentiment in black, then diecut.
  • Mount to the card front with thin foam strips.
  • Accent with Gold Rush Doo Dadz, Red & Aura AB gems to finish.

Kits Featured:

Everyday Hero card:

  • Cut & fold A2 card base from white cardstock.
  • Diecut the jar shape from the middle of a Blush cardstock panel, then emboss with the embossing folder.
  • Cover the back with acetate, then add foam tape around the shaker window, creating a seal.
  • Diecut the jar pieces from glitter and gold cardstocks, then assemble.
  • Diecut multiple strawberry pieces, then assemble.
  • Add glitter, Pink Frosting Doo Dadz and the strawberries to the middle of the card.
  • Adhere the shaker window over top, sealing the mix in with the foam tape.
  • Adhere the assembled jar & sentiment to the front.
  • Mount the black foiled sentiment strip directly below the Hello sentiment to finish.
