Easy Step by Step instructions:

"Beautiful Places" card:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base, then cover with aqua cardstock.
  • Foil the Hugs in Bloom floral in Satin Peach to the upper left and lower right corners of a white cardstock panel.
  • Trim slightly smaller than A2, then mount to the card front with foam tape.
  • Foil the sentiments in Satin Gold and Opaque Black foil, then diecut.
  • Diecut the pieces from Chic Shoes, then assemble as shown.
  • Arrange the elements to the card front as shown, popping some with foam adhesive for added dimension.
  • Trim away any excess hanging over the card edge.
  • Accent with Aura AB jewels to finish.

"Have Fun on Your Birthday" card:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base, then cover with aqua mirror cardstock.
  • Foil the Fancy Shoes floral in a row in Rainbow Dreams foil to white cardstock.
  • Trim smaller than A2, then mount to the card front with foam tape.
  • Foil the sentiments in Satin Gold and Opaque Black foil, then diecut.
  • Diecut the bows from Chic Shoes, then assemble.
  • Arrange the bows to the top of each shoe.
  • Mount the sentiments to the front with thin foam strips.
  • Accent with rows of jewels in rainbow order to finish.

I’m sharing a sparkly ✨ little number today featuring the new Fancy Shoes and Shoes Sentiments press plate & die sets — all dressed up in those luxe, Tiffany‑inspired hues I can never resist! 💙 And because I can’t help myself, I added a little extra shimmer to give this boutique‑worthy pair their moment to shine. 💌

Easy Step by Step instructions:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base.
  • Ink blend the Classic Stripes stencil in Pink Lemonade to white cardstock.
  • Flip the stencil, apply gold sparkle paste to the stencil, then gently remove and let the panel dry.
  • Once set, mount to the card front with foam adhesive.
  • Diecut the Delicate Frame one from white glitter and twice from white cardstock.
  • Stack & glue together, then adhere to the card front.
  • Hot foil the shoes in Pastel Mint to white cardstock, then diecut,
  • Hot foil the sentiment in opaque black to white cardstock, then diecut.
  • Diecut the word you once from gold glitter, and twice from white cardstock. 
  • Diecut the shadow layer from vellum, then stack & glue together.
  • Mount the shoes & sentiments to the card front with thin foam strips.
  • Accent with aqua iridescent jewels to finish.

Alex Syberia Designs March 2026 Release Live

I created the standard foiled and BetterPress card live on release day, featuring the Bow Shoes and Shoes Sentiments press plate & die sets, along with the coordinating stencils. We gave away one prize live, but there is still one more chance to win on the replay! Click the video above to be taken to YouTube, where you can leave your comments in the video comments!

I finished the edge-to-edge shaker card after the live was over, and shared all three for my Instagram Hop post! Hop along to see all the inspiration and for a chance to win one of four $15 (or £15) gift cards. Open internationally. Easy Step by Step instructions:

  • Cut & fold (3) A2 white card bases.
  • Cover one card base in maroon shimmer cardstock, and one in pink glitter cardstock.
  • Hot foil the Bow Shoes press plate in Blush to white cardstock.
  • Foil the leftover piece with a solid hot foil plate to white cardstock.
  • Hot foil the sentiments in Blush and Opaque Black to white cardstock, then diecut.
  • Transfer the press plate to the BetterPress, then apply Taffy, Turquoise and French Blue ink in a gradient.
  • Add the platen with cotton paper over top, then run through a diecut machine to press the ink into the paper.
  • Ink blend the foiled images with the coordinating stencils in Oceanside & Carnation ink.
  • Trim all three panels to 4" x 5.25".
  • Turn the solid foiled panel into an edge-to-edge shaker element, filling it with a glitter and sequin mix.
  • Mount all three panels to the card bases as shown with foam adhesive.
  • Diecut the bows from the Chic Shoes die set, then assemble.
  • Adhere the bows to the shoes as shown.
  • Mount the sentiments to each card front with thin foam strips.
  • Accent the standard foiled and BetterPress cards with Aura AB gems to finish.

Alex Syberia Designs March 2026 Release Video Hop

You can watch these two lovely cards come to life featuring the new Hugs in Bloom press plate, stencil & die set in this March release video hop!

  • Cut & fold (2) A2 white card bases.
  • Cover one card base in light pink shimmer cardstock, and one in pink cardstock.
  • Hot foil the Hugs in Bloom press plate in Satin Gold to white cardstock.
  • Foil the leftover piece with a solid hot foil plate to white cardstock.
  • Hot foil the sentiments in Satin Gold and Opaque Black to white cardstock, then diecut.
  • Diecut an extra sentiment layer from both gold & white glitter cardstock.
  • Ink blend the foiled images with the coordinating stencils in Ballet Slipper, Pink Lemonade, Watermelon, Buttercup & Oceanside ink.
  • Diecut the ink blended flower with the coordinating die.
  • Diecut the cover plate from white glitter cardstock.
  • Glue the cover plate die to the pink shimmer card base.
  • Mount the diecut floral element to the front with foam adhesive.
  • Trim the solid foiled panel to 4" x 5.25", then turn into a edge-to-edge shaker element.
  • Glue the shaker element to the other card base.
  • Mount the sentiments with their glitter shadow layers to each card front with thin foam strips.
  • Accent the ink blended flower middles with lemon drop iridescent jewels to finish.
