Happy Monday, crafty friends! I'm so happy to share that I am a guest this month for Concord & 9th's April release, and today I'm sharing everything I've been working on! This month’s release is packed with fabulous die sets and beautiful stamps, plus SIX new shades in their color collection. I feel so blessed to be asked to guest this month, receiving these beautiful new inks to add to my collection.

After I retired my Pinkfresh inks last year, I decided that C9 would be the ink collection I go all‑in on, and the only thing I’m missing now is the new neutrals. I’ll snag those once they’re back in stock...they practically FLEW off the shelves when they released. Lol!

Big Happy stamp & die set

Up first is this card duo featuring the new Big Happy stamp & die set! I wanted to create a colorful shaker, but I also wanted to show off those fun stamped patterns on the letters, which didn’t exactly play nicely together in one design. So…two cards it was instead! I love how versatile this set is, and those patterns on the stamp set can be used for so much more than just the diecut letters.

Easy Step by Step instructions:

Cut & fold (2) white A2 card bases.
Diecut The Big Happy die from (2) A2 ivory glitter cardstock panels.
Adhere one of the ivory glitter panels to a card front, then turn the other into a shaker window.
Diecut again from Pink Lemonade, Surfside, Lakefront, Nectar, Grapefruit and Berry Kiss cardstock pieces.
Stamp the letters in the same shade of ink using the patterns from the stamp set.
Diecut the scripted words three times: once from gold pearl and twice from white cardstock. Stack & glue together.
Mount the stamped letters to the ivory glitter card front with foam adhesive.
Add a double layer of foam strips to the back of the shaker window, then fill with a colorful shaker & glitter mix.
Mount the white card base over top of the shaker window, securing the foam tape in place.
Adhere the scripted sentiments to each card front with liquid glue.
Accent the non-shaker card with iridescent jewels to finish.

Gardner's Edge stamp, stencil & die set

Up next is another sweet little duo featuring the new Garden's Edge stamp, stencil & die set. After heat embossing & ink blending both floral borders, I decided to use them on separate cards rather than just one. Gotta love getting two cards from one easy craft session!

Easy Step by Step instructions:

Cut & fold (2) white A2 card bases.
Cover one in surfside cardstock, and the bottom half of the other in aqua glitter cardstock.
Heat emboss the floral borders to white cardstock in iridescent gold embossing powder.
Ink blend each border with the coordinating stencil set in Sweet Pea, Berry Kiss, Surfside, Bluebell and Aster.
Trim each border on the non-floral edge, then use the coordinating border die to finish.
Mount each one to it's corresponding card base as shown, popping the inner edge with foam adhesive.
Diecut the scripted Friends word three times: once from gold pearl and twice from white cardstock.
Diecut the shadown layer from vellum, then stack & glue together.
Stamp the Mother's Day sentiment in Surfside to white, and the other secondary sentiment in back.
Diecut each stamped sentiment with shape or banner dies.
Mount the sentiments to the front as shown, popping with foam adhesive.
Diecut the leafy accents from the Wheelbarrow Wishes die set from ivory glitter cardstock.
Arrange under the floral border of the Mother's Day card.
Accent with aqua colored glitter drops to finish.

Wheelbarrow Wishes stamp & die set

This glittery little sweetheart features the brand new Wheelbarrow Wishes stamp & die set, offering this lovely oval shape and all the goodies to fill your wheelbarrow with fresh, spring flowers & greenery. (I think it will be really cute with fall leaves & pumpkins too!)

Easy Step by Step instructions:

Cut & fold white A2 card base, then cover with white glitter cardstock..
Diecut nectar cardstock with the oval shape.
Heat emboss the sentiments to the oval in white embossing powder.
Mount the oval to the card front with foam adhesive.
Diecut the Wheelbarrow Wishes pieces, then assemble.
Adhere the wheelbarrow to the front, then arrange the flowers & greenery as shown.
Add the glittery heart to the wheelbarrow with thin foam strips.
Accent with coordinating enamel dots to finish.

Diamond Lattice die

The new Diamond Lattice background die has SO many possibilities! This one is paper pieced together with some of the brand new shades of cardstock, paired with Watermelon for good measure. The floral stems and sentiment are from the Bouquet Turnabout™, which I'll be introducing next!

Easy Step by Step instructions:

Cut & fold white A2 card base.
Diecut the Diamond Lattice die from white glitter and heavyweight white cardstock.
Stack & glue together, then adhere to the card front.
Diecut the Diamond Lattice die from Watermelon, Berry Kiss, Surfside, Lakefront, Bluebell, Capri and Aster cardstock.
Paper piece the colors to the card front as shown.
Stamp the flower stems in matching inks, then diecut.
Diecut the banner from Bluebell cardstock, then heat emboss the You Are sentiment to it in white.
Diecut one additional banner from ivory glitter, then mount to the card front with the floral stems.
Diecut the scripted word three times: once from gold pearl and twice from white cardstock.
Stack & glue together, then adhere next to the heat embossed sentiment.
Accent with coordinating iridescent jewels to finish.

Bouquet Turnabout™ stamp & die

This card features the Bouquet Turnabout™ stamp & die set, which I absolutely love! Honestly, I used to avoid these type of stamps because I could never get them to center and line up properly. Then the Stampwheel was invented, and now I feel immediately comfortable stamping them in all the colors!

Easy Step by Step instructions:

Cut & fold white A2 card base.
Create an edge to edge shaker window from white cardstock, and adhere to the card front.
Diecut the Diamond Lattice die from aqua glitter and heavyweight white cardstock.
Stack & glue together, then adhere to the card front.
Center the greenery stamp in your stamping platform, then stamp in Surfside, Lakefront, Parsley and Basil, rotating a 1/4" turn each time.
Center the floral stamp in your stamping platform, then stamp in Pink Lemonade, Berry Kiss, Bluebell and Aster, rotating a 1/4" turn each time.
Diecut the wreath with the coordinating die, then mount to the card front.
Heat emboss the sentiment in white to Surfside cardstock, then diecut with the circle die.
Mount the sentiment to the middle of the wreath with foam adhesive.
Accent around the sentiment in aqua iridescent jewels to finish.

Seaside stamp, stencil & die set

Up next is my FAVE product from this release, the Seaside stamp, stencil & die combo! I just adore all the little coastal scenes you can create with this set, and all the different color combos you can reach for. I also think it would pair beautifully with some of the elements from the City Block bundle, released in November!

Easy Step by Step instructions:

Cut & fold white A2 card base.
Ink blend the Seaside stencils to an A2 white cardstock panel in the following colors:

Stencil 1: Pink Lemonade
Stencil 2: Oceanside, Capri
Stencil 3: Aqua Sky, Pebble
Stencil 4: Watermelon, heat emboss the cobblestone & brick elements with iridescent sparkle

Stamp the sentiment and roof details directly to the ink blended panel.
Trim slightly smaller than A2, then mount to the card front.
Stamp &/or heat emboss the remaining elements, then diecut.
Diecut the Seaside elements, then assemble.
Arrange all the elements to the card front as shown.
Accent with Spectrum AB gems to finish.

I tried to stamp the roof details slightly off-center in hopes of making it seem more dimensional. I'm not sure I did a spectacular job at it, but that is what I was going for. Lol! Best laid plans, and all.

Handpicked stamp & die set

I'm finishing up this post with this sweet Congratulations card featuring the new Handpicked stamp & die set. This bundle came in a VERY close second to my fave product from this release, and I just love how this sparkling card turned out! This card would be perfect for engagements, showers, weddings and so much more.

Easy Step by Step instructions:

Cut & fold white A2 card base.
Diecut ivory glitter cardstock panel with a stitched rectangle die, then mount to the card front with foam adhesive.
Diecut the Handpicked elements, then assemble.
Adhere the assembled floral element left aligned to the card with 1mm foam adhesive..
Diecut the banner from Berry Kiss cardstock, then heat emboss the sentiment in white to it.
Mount to the card front with foam adhesive on just the right edge, snuggling the left side into the flowers.
Accent with Aura AB gems to finish.
