August Release Instagram Hop - Halloween Silhouettes

The August release is now live at Papertrey Ink, and it is packed with so much goodness! Think flowers, meadows, stitching and more!

This little cutie is serving full whimsy with a wicked twist, thanks to the Halloween Silhouettes stamp & die paired with that charming Love to Layer: A Little Loopy frame. The soft pastels make the witch feel delightfully mischievous - like she’s about to sprinkle a little magic over your whole craft table! A perfectly wicked‑wonderful way to celebrate spooky season. ✨🖤

Easy Step by Step instructions:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base, then color block with Sweet Blush & Green Parakeet cardstock on the angle.
  • Diecut the Love to Layer: A Little Loopy dies from gold pearl and black glitter cardstock, then adhere to the card front with thin foam strips.
  • Stamp the frame from Halloween Silhouettes in Pale Peony & Green Parakeet, opposite from the color blocked background.
  • Stamp over top with embossing ink, then cover & heat set in iridescent sparkle embossing powder.
  • Diecut with the coordinating die, then mount to the card front. 
  • Stamp the witch silhouette in black, then diecut.
  • Mount to the middle of the frame with foam tape.
  • Heat emboss the sentiment in gold to white cardstock, then diecut with a banner.
  • Diecut extra banners from pink & green glitter cardstock, then adhere together as shown.
  • Mount the sentiment banners to the bottom of the card.
  • Accent with glitter drops to finish.

Easy Step by Step instructions:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base.
  • Foil the Houndstooth press plate to Sweet Blush cardstock in Opal foil.
  • Trim panel to 4" x 5.25" then mount to the card front.
  • Diecut the Love to Layer: A Little Loopy die from ivory glitter cardstock, then adhere to the card front with thin foam strips.
  • Diecut the Build-A-Ghost pieces, then assemble & adhere.
  • Mount to the middle of the frame as shown.
  • Stamp the word Boo in a gradient from pink to orange.
  • Stamp over top with embossing ink, then cover & heat set in iridescent sparkle embossing powder.
  • Diecut with the coordinating die.
  • Stamp the secondary sentiment in black to white cardstock, then diecut.
  • Mount both sentiments to the front with foam tape.
  • Accent with glitter drops to finish.

Easy Step by Step instructions:

  • Cut & fold white A2 card base, then cover with Sweet Blush plaid paper.
  • Ink blend the Harvest Medley stencils to white cardstock in the following colors:

Stencil 1: Summer Sunrise
Stencil 2: Orange Zest
Stencil 3: Dark Chocolate, Green Parakeet, Pinefeather, & Harvest Gold
Stencil 4: Hawaiian Shores
Stencil 5: Green Parakeet
Stencil 6: Melon Berry
Stencil 7: Pale Peony
Stencil 8: Berry Sorbet

  • Stamp the sentiment directly to the panel in dark chocolate ink.
  • Use the stamp to cover the sentiment, then splatter with white & gold.
  • Trim panel to 3.75" x 5" then mount to the card front once dry.
  • Accent with jewels. to finish.
