Calling all book lovers… 📚✨ The November One More Chapter studios from Hero Arts are here to whisk you away into cozy chapters filled with enchanting details, whimsical motifs, and all the storybook charm your craft table could ask for. Think magical moments, literary-inspired designs, and projects that feel like curling up with your favorite novel.
Subscriptions are open until November 27th, so don’t miss your chance to snag this month’s kits! And here’s a little fun fact about me: I’ve read over 50 books this year already, which makes this release feel extra special. Whether you’re a reader at heart, a fan of charming details, or just looking to add a little extra magic to your creative stash, these kits are a dream come true. 🍂📖
Curious how the Hero Studio kits work each month? Here's a quick rundown:
It’s an easy, flexible system—and such a fun way to keep fresh creativity arriving at your door. 🚗💌
Let’s kick things off with sparkling stacks of books! These two cards were made with the November Card Kit from Hero Studio, and I can't get over how PERFECT they are for all the bookworms in your life. For just $60, you get over $120 worth of crafty goodness - and it’s not just stamps and dies. Each kit typically includes a coordinating standalone die set, a pack of colored cardstock, and something extra fun and useful like embossing powder, embellishments, or tools. This month we got Hero Wax in gold, which made creating my backgrounds a cinch!
I pulled out the Scattered Stars stencils from the August Hocus Pocus collection, and they turned out to be the perfect whimsical backdrop for three of my Studio cards this month. ✨ I love how subscription items breathe new life into the fun basics already in my stash, freshening them up in the most creative ways!

Next up in this bookish lineup: a pair of cards featuring the Layering Stencils and Die Set from the November Hero Studio release. The stencils were easy to mask, creating neat rows of beautifully colored books. For the finishing touch, I heat embossed the final stencil layer with an enchanted gold powder (sadly discontinued—SORRY!) to give the design that perfect first‑edition charm. ✨
I used Concord & 9th inks with the layering stencils in the following colors: Pink Lemonade, Watermelon, Honeysuckle, Grapefruit, Sorbet, Pimento, Aqua Sky, Oceanside and Lakefront. They blend like "butta"!
The second card in this duo highlights the November Die Set, featuring the cutest little book bag! 🎒 It’s such a versatile design - you can mix and match it with other die sets, and it doesn’t always have to carry books. Think of it as a fun accessory ready for whatever creative twist you imagine!

Kim Glasgow - Awesome cards. I love to read (it's my next favorite past time next to crafting)! You will love the Concord & 9th inks! I just invested in the full set of full-sized inkpads. I have all the PFS ink cubes and love them as well, but I find myself reaching towards the C&9 pads more and more! I am an equal opportunity inkpad owner!!!!
