Everyday Legends with Spellbinders: 5 March Club Cards

Kits Featured:

Backyard Boss card:

• Cut & fold white A2 card base.
• Ink blend white cardstock panel with stencils 1-3 in shades of yellow. (I used Altenew's Golden Sunset color family.)
• Apply gold Hero Wax through stencil 5 to the panel, gently remove and set aside to dry.
• Diecut a circle from ivory glitter cardstock, then ink blend with yellow ink.
• Diecut the pieces from the large die of the month, then assemble.
• Diecut the clouds from the small die of the month.
• Arrange the pieces to the card front as shown.
• Stamp the top sentiment in black, and heat emboss the bottom sentiment in gold spakle, then diecut.
• Trim the ink blended panel slightly smaller than A2, then mount to a card base with foam adhesive.
• Arrange the diecut elements to the front as shown, popping some up with foam adhesive for added dimension.
• Mount the sentiments as shown with thin foam strips.
• Accent with Gold Rush Doo Dadz to finish.

Super Birthday card:

• Cut & fold white A2 card base, then cover in bright aqua glitter cardstock.
• Emboss white cardstock with the embossing folder.
• Ink blend one corner in aqua, and the other corner in pink.
• Trim slightly smaller than A2, then mount to a card base with foam tape.
• Diecut all the pieces from the small die of the month, then assemble.
• Arrange the pieces to the card front as shown.
• Heat emboss the sentiment in gold sparkle, then diecut.
• Mount to the card front with thin foam strips.
• Accent with stars diecut from brushed gold cardstock and Aura AB gems to finish.

TIP: Cut out the middle of the aqua glitter cardstock panel before adhering to the card front to use on other projects. It will be covered with the embossed panel, so no one will know it's been removed!
